Simon is a self taught artist from Jinja, the town at the source of the Nile River. He works in wood and his current range utilises Jacaranda wood. Many of his pieces incorporate either beaten aluminium, copper or both. He has experienced in art production as it has been his principle career for a number of years.
He has built a reputation as an individual artist and has participated in a number of exhibitions in different galleries in Uganda. Simon is inspired by physical form and his current works reflect that.
